However, if you wish to cancel an order, please email contact@lilywhiteco.com as soon as possible. Please note that to exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision in writing.

If your order has already been dispatched, please return it unused, in perfect condition and in its original packaging within 14 days for a full refund. Please note that return postage is not covered.

WHO WE ARE

We were originally inspired to create Lily White Co. ® because of our love of scented candles and the need to always have one lit up (or just for decoration) in our homes. Being avid buyers we eventually decided to make our own, with scents that resonate with our moods and the seasons. From there, we transitioned from making candles for our own enjoyment to making them as a product for everyone to enjoy.
